At Meliushop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer easy returns and refunds within the timeframes stated below.

🗓️ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  1. Be in its original condition, undamaged, and unused.

  2. Include the original packaging, along with all accessories and manuals.

  3. You must provide proof of purchase or the order number.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns are free of charge. Meliushop will cover return shipping costs as long as the return conditions are met.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used during checkout.
Estimated time for the refund to be reflected is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

❌ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately via our return portal at account.meliushop.com or email us at info@meliushop.com.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and at no cost to you.
